David Nordberg is a proud resident of the Town of Dennis. With a total of 18 years of experience as an EMT, Firefighter & Paramedic, David has enjoyed caring for the public with the Metrowest Medical Center Paramedic Team, the Wayland Fire Department and the Yarmouth Fire Department. While he has retired from the field, he holds strong and close ties with his Brother and Sister Firefighters and Police Officers across the Cape.

David takes pride in his reputation as a local business owner. His goal is to provide "Nothing but the Best" service to all of his customers. As an Irrigation Professional David has grown Nordy's Irrigation to a well known local service with a professional and knowledgeable reputation.

As a Licensed Builder and owner of Nordy's Construction Company, David has completed many construction projects on the Cape including Condominiums, Additions, and Remodeling of all types.

With the goal of giving his customers a feeling of comfort and peace of mind while away from their homes on the Cape, David decided to offer Property Management of Cape Cod as a service to existing and future customers.
